Haha finally got the mood to write... Time to contemplate on the pile of stuffs going on for the past few days... Really really hectic. xP
As for the elections today, must really say some people really wow-ed me with their speeches; never knew that they could talk so well! xD Now with my bro-lookalike as prez i really dunno what to say. Haha. Congrats to all who got in, i think they really deserved it and put in a reasonable amount of effort in the speeches and what they expect of the choir. Soon we should be hearing feedback sessions and seeing toilet rolls in the big board of the choir store! *hint hint* Lol. And i certainly dun wanna see choir store turning into what cs said "choir 81", though re-vamping choir store into a hotel room is a cool idea. To all those who didnt make the cut, its not that you COULDN'T make the cut, its juz that you didnt, whether its because the others fared better or by popularity or whatever other reason. Apart from my butt aching from sitting too long, i really saw a lotta "potential" in the people who made the speech today and i thought that our choir was really filled with very zai ppl full of ideas, even though we always zipped our mouth when ms lim and any other teachers or com members asked us for feedback. So its not only me in deep thought then. =P And i totally learnt the lesson from the macs trip today, AACKS. Never gonna believe coke causes exothermic reaction liaoz. x( Sux. Wanyun you DIE!!!!
And last friday was the table soccer competition. Kinda unexpected results la. got 4th outta 4, haha, besides thrashing wanyu 5-0 in the first match, then the rest went downhill. Cannot work under pressure... But now i know that i really have to put in the hard work if i wanna achieve something i deserve to, thanks to learning from mr chua. And next time tuition really must do hmk, i feel really bad not to. But doing hmk is also for the sake of myself also... So i'm gonna work hard in polishing up my skills and thrash the next table soccer competition! Haha. Watch out mann! =P
Down the days in order, the last stuff would be cantab. I really really wanna say WELL DONE MANN!!!! Its really amazing how we managed to put up a not-too-bad concert in just memorising 9 songs in 3 weeks, really really zai. All the hard work put in paid off! And plus my dad didnt sleep during the concert too, but he said it was partly because there were too many occasional stampings on the stage, very hard to sleep. Lol. Well done well done! Must thank the com a lot for this also... For teaching us the songs and putting up with all the stress and stuff, and still THANKING us after the performance although they should be the ones thanked. Lol. So well done well done comm. Suddenly i notice the comm so much lol. Must be the election aura affecting me.
Really excited to know the results for the music com, esp when i heard the current com ppl say that this year's music com's election case is special. Lol. Dont get also never mind; the most capable ppl should deserve the role after all. But i will try my best! Haha. And try very very best to wave hands around like chicken wings for conducting! Till next time! Now need to do the ton of hmk left and study for exams... Argh. -.-"
